Sereena Creamer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 6 years of experience practicing mental health therapy and providing family life education. She specializes in providing counseling to individuals, families, and couples. Sereena has a passion for assisting individuals in making a positive change within their lives and processing their feelings, thoughts, behaviors to heal from trauma. Tara Crouso is a licensed independent social worker who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2019 from Bowling Green State University. She completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2020 from Cleveland State University.
Tara has over 7 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use field providing individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis stabilization. She has worked in various settings including residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, jails and community corrections.
As the Director of Operations, Tara has a strong passion for the success of the practice and ensuring that each client gets the quality of care that they need.

Sarah Collingwood, M.A. Ed., LPCC-S is a licensed professional clinical counselor who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012 from Kent State University. She completed her Master of Arts in
Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 at the University of Akron.
Sarah has over 7 years of experience working with adults in residential, medical, crisis, office, and community correctional settings. Some of her specialty interests include depression and mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use disorders, gambling addiction, and relationship concerns.
Sarah understands the need for each person to feel understood and respected and takes a client-centered and strengths-based approach to her practice with each client. Sarah also incorporates evidence-based practices including CBT, cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, REBT, and mindfulness into her work.

Carley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Portland State University and is completing a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kent State University.
She is currently working towards Sex Therapist certification through the national accrediting body, AASECT. Carley has experience helping clients address depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, self
esteem concerns, interpersonal violence, family conflicts, chronic health struggles, attachment issues, and life transitions. Carley also has multiple years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a role as a direct service professional. Additionally, she has worked several years as a survivor advocate within domestic violence organizations. Providing support to LGBTQ+ and consensually non-monogamous communities is a focus of
Carley’s work. She is passionate in supporting clients as they navigate new options in relationships and self-exploration. Her approach to counseling emphasizes a collaborative and creative process, and she often incorporates somatic and mindfulness practices into her work.
