Sereena Creamer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 6 years of experience practicing mental health therapy and providing family life education. She specializes in providing counseling to individuals, families, and couples. Sereena has a passion for assisting individuals in making a positive change within their lives and processing their feelings, thoughts, behaviors to heal from trauma. She is a therapist who understands building rapport and a therapeutic relationship is essential in counseling. Sereena uses Evidence based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Centered Therapy, to engage families and individuals in assessing their needs, obtaining growth, and building problem solving skills.
Sereena works with adolescents, adults, families, and couples who are experiencing depression, anxiety, crisis & trauma, alcohol and drug use, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, domestic violence, daily life stressors, and many other challenges. Olivia Manna, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who specializes in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 3 years of experience working in mental and behavioral health. Olivia has experience with individual therapy, group therapy, crisis stabilization, residential substance use, and residential mental health. She has a passion for working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. She takes a person-centered approach to create a welcoming environment. Olivia believes that having a strong therapeutic relationship is the key to effective counseling. She incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, and Trauma Informed Care with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
Frank Eaton is a certified drug and alcohol counselor with ten years of experience in the Cleveland area servicing disenfranchised youth and adults with a community based organization. He has a real-life approach to counseling tailored to each client’s specific needs, and has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations, especially those in recovery from chemical dependency, mental illness, and criminal behavior.
Frank is in the business of helping people help themselves. He emphasizes an approach that integrates a focus on personal growth and self-empowerment with standard therapeutic practices to encourage a more holistic view of mental, emotional, and physical health.
Dorothea G. Hardrick is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor entering into full time counseling in 2014. She has worked many years with the adolescent, adults, and older adult populations. Dorothea has training and experience in various evidence based therapies and interventions designed to assist individuals in improving overall wellness and functioning. Some of the skills and practices that she uses have their foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Dorothea has experience in individual and group mental health counseling, child and adolescent counseling, intensive outpatient, relapse prevention, women’s topic groups and parenting and family groups. Dorothea has experience in bereavement group facilitation for older adults and perinatal/infant loss. Dorothea has also had the opportunity to share mental health wellness interventions and presentations in various community settings.
Lindsay Lloyd, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Therapy. She has over 3 years of experience practicing behavioral health and has clinical experience working with adults, families, couples, teenagers, and children. Lindsay has experience with individual therapy and has co-counseled a Dialectical therapy group with teens. She incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, and Trauma Informed Care with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has a passion for working with children and families across all cultures. When working with children, Lindsay uses creative evidenced based therapy techniques to work through social, emotional, and behavioral issues. She has experience treating adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, behavior stabilization, trauma, and other severe challenges. She takes a person-centered approach to understand the client's perspective and she works collaboratively with her clients on identifying their individual goals and effective steps towards problem solving. Lindsay believes that when individuals are shown compassion and empathy in a nonjudgmental environment, they are able to build a strong therapeutic relationship that encourages growth and positive change.

I am currently accepting new clients and can schedule with you on a weekly basis. I feel it is vital to provide a non judgemental and safe environment, for you to honestly discuss your needs and challenges. Keyana Anderson is a licensed professional counselor who has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Keyana has worked in the community mental health setting as an outpatient therapist treating various mental health diagnoses in individual, group and family settings. Stephanie Beck is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over six years of experience working in the mental health and grief counseling field. Stephanie graduated from Ursuline College in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and from Kent State University in 2017 with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. Before joining SAFE, Stephanie worked in a variety of settings, including hospice home care as a grief counselor, in community mental health and addiction agencies, and assisted living facilities. Stephanie’s training and experience allowed her to work with a diverse clientele, from ages five to ninety-five, and of all different cultural backgrounds. Stephanie’s specialties include LGBTQI+ individuals, grief and loss counseling, care-giver burn-out and terminal illness, trauma, addiction, personality and mood disorders. As a proud mother of three LGBTQI+ children, Stephanie has the unique ability to assist clients and their families in navigating the journey of discovering their true selves. Stephanie has a passion for gender-nonconforming individuals and is able to provide a safe space to explore identity while healing from any previous trauma. Stephanie’s counseling approach is a person-centered, holistic approach that begins with getting to know you as a whole and what outcome you desire from therapy. Stephanie utilizes skills from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy and motivational interviewing.
